Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the privacy laws of California and other states, residents hold a right to opt out of both the sale and the sharing of their personal information. Each of those laws gives “sale” and “sharing” its own legal meaning, and the right applies as that law defines it.

Send an email to office@setonlocksmith.com with the words “Opt-out request” or call (614) 705-0107 and say the same. Include your name together with the number or email you used to reach us, so that we can find your records. You don’t need an account, and it costs nothing.

We acknowledge each opt-out request and act on it in the time frame set by law, asking for nothing beyond what is needed to match the request to your records.

An authorized agent may submit the request on your behalf, provided they have your signed permission.

Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where the law requires it, we honor that signal as an opt-out request for the browser that sends it.

Nothing about the job changes if you opt out: not the price, and not the service.
