Send a Request
This form is for jobs that can wait for a reply: a lock that sticks, a rekey after a move, a new deadbolt, a spare car key. If you’re locked out, keys were stolen or a door can’t be secured after a break-in, go straight to urgent service or call.
All set. Your request reached our office, and we’ll get back to you by phone or email.
Your request didn’t go through. Please give us a call at (614) 705-0107.
Photos of the lock, the key or the door edge are a big help. Email them to office@setonlocksmith.com with your name in the subject line.
A Good Request Says Four Things
- Where the job is: the ZIP code, or the street for a vehicle.
- What kind of property: a house, an apartment, a car or truck, a shop or an office.
- What’s wrong, in your own words: “the key turns but the bolt doesn’t move” tells us more than “the lock is broken.”
- How many locks or doors are involved, and whether you want them on one key.
Before and After You Send It
What should I put in the description?
The door or the vehicle, the lock if you know what it is, and what it does or won’t do. Mention anything that changed lately: a move, a lost key, a door that started sticking when the weather turned. For a car, the make, model and year.
What happens once the request is in?
It lands in our office, and we answer the way you picked on the form: a phone call, an email, or whichever is easier to catch.
Can I send a request for a business or a rental property?
Yes. Choose Business as the property type and tell us how many doors and keys are involved. Master key systems and rekeying between tenants are regular work for us.
What if I’m locked out while I’m reading this?
Don’t wait on the form. Call (614) 705-0107, and if a child or a pet is shut in a car on a hot or cold day, call 911 first.
