Our approach
Seton Locksmith wants its website to work for people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboards or zoom. Its pages are designed to reach the AA level of WCAG 2.2.
We have:
- added alt text to photographs;
- made every control usable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
- kept headings in a logical order;
- used real text rather than pictures of text;
- checked colors for enough contrast;
- made layouts that work on phones and when zoomed;
- written link and button text that explains itself;
- put a label on every form field and made error messages easy to follow.
Checks run in two stages. First, automated tests for accessibility go over every page; then every page gets checked at a desktop width and a phone width. No change goes live before both are done.
Support
We may have missed things. Not every detail of every photo is described, and a page or control that fails you is a mistake we intend to fix.
Please tell us if something is hard to use for you: call (614) 705-0107 or email office@setonlocksmith.com. Mention the page and the trouble. We’ll answer, and meanwhile we can give you the information by phone or email.
